Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How much notice do I need to give for a custom order?
A: For custom sugar cookies, I typically book 2 months out. Please refer to my social media and sign up for my newsletter to get updates on my availability.
Q: How do I place an order for custom cookies?
A: Click on SHOP, then CUSTOM COOKIES. There you will find an inquiry form. Please include as much detail as possible.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: I require a minimum of 14 days notice for a full refund. Any cancellations with less than 14 days notice will receive a “credit” towards a future order. No refunds will be given for cookies that have already been made, this includes holiday cookies.
Q: Do you provide nut-free, gluten-free or vegan options?
A: Not at this time. All products are produced in a home kitchen that may also process common food allergens such as tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, soy, wheat, and milk.
Q: Can you ship?
A: I can ship within the state of Georgia for an additional fee.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: I do not offer delivery at this time.
Q: When is payment due?
A: For custom orders, payment is due within 48 hours of an invoice being sent. Custom orders are not booked until they are paid in full.
Q: Can I adjust my order after I have booked?
A: Adjustments can be made to the quantity up to 3 weeks before the event. Adjustments to the designs, colors, etc. are subject to an additional fee.
Q: Do you offer discounts on large orders?
A: Due to the handcrafted nature of my products, and the time it takes to complete each order, I am unable to offer discounts on any size order.
